Has Anyone Tried Diet To Restrict Flareups? It Has Been Suggested That Dairy May Be A Problem, Also Grains. At Present.

I am on Amgivita at present, a self injecting biologic, but it is not controlling flare ups. All oral meds have had to be abandoned for one reason or another. Been on steroids since last April, not good.

it turns out I was allergic to them the O A is still giving me a hard time but I am doing a whole lot better, it is not going to hurt you to try and see and maybe you will have good results like i have good luck to you and God bless you

I did a ten day cleanse with Fix ot With Food by Michael Symon. The food was great and there was a great relief of inflamation. By day 4 i felt great.

Also my wife and I do the paleo diet and she buys food without all the crap they add to it. Seems to help not a miracle cure but does seem to help me
