Is there anything that can be done to stop the ear and throat pain associated with this during the winter months? Will I ever be able to eat and drink cold things without experiencing pain from outside of ears all the way down my throat?

I am and I do have vitamin D, will give the others a try! Thank you!
Are you on folic acid? Vit D, Vit B. With all my probs, my Dr advised me to load up on Vit that help.
