My doc gave me Pennsaid gel it helps a lot on knees, it’s Voltren in a gel form that gets into the joints, bones , ligaments and muscles, it’s new and you need a RX, it comes from pharmacy out of Chicago, it work better for RA were Voltren cream is for OA

Hi JBRA - interesting there are 2 different creams. My PCP gave me Voltaren creme for my knees and hands prior to RA diagnosed. Have had OA for long time & surgeries due to it. Doesn't really work for me. But using CBD Oil on hands especially at least once a day does help some. Makes fingers not as stiff and painful at least part of the day.

If it feels like there is a lot of fluid You can go see a rheumatologist or an orthopedic specialist to have it drained which could help a lot
