Sometimes the end of my tongue burns really bad and I found for me it goes away with extra B vitamins.

I have not heard of burning mouth syndrome I have Sjogrens which is referred to as the dry eye and dry mouth but is a relative to RA and has to be controlled as well as it gets a bit out of hand sometimes I have really dry eyes they do not bother me but the eye doctor goes on about them and I am having to work on them before I can get cataract surgery

Hi! I have ringing in my left ear. Sometimes I can also hear something that sounds like my heart beating in the same ear. I have been treated for ear infections, had my veins in my neck checked, and they still haven't figured it out. One thing I do know is I had shingles come up in my left eye and scalp. After that cleared up is when I started having trouble with my ear. I believe that virus settled in my inner ear, crazy as it sounds. I don't have the burning in my mouth though.
