Does Anyone Have Muscle Soreness Where The Skin And Muscles Feel Extremely Tender?
Today I woke up with a soreness from my shoulders, ribcage, back, and rear that has caused me to feel so tender it hurts to the touch. I've had this before but not to this extreme and not usually for more than an hour or two. I can't even wear a bra because it's too painful. If you've experienced this, what do you do? Im miserable. Thanks for your help.
Yes I soak in water as hot as I can stand with eucalyptus oil and have a full body massage heating pad that is the only time I feel ok I haven’t found the right drugs to help me yet hopefully I can get something soon I am miserable
I was put on Lyrica. It really helped with the pain!

Yes, and I have had this crap for20 + years, my motto is if you can't explain it it is RA. And Fibromyalgia, and the only advice I have is no matter how hard it is to move, go for a walk even if it is for 5 or 10 minutes just move, and it is painful, however if you don't use it you will lose it, the hardest part for me is Depression nothing helps, hang in there love ya
