It is a biologic drug called a bio similar because it is similar to Enbrel.

Yes @A myRAteam Member, I am taking Erelzi. It started working after 3 months. It has made a huge difference with the pain in my hands.
I am also taking Methotrexate, which I have been taking since 2013, when I was first diagnosed with RA.
You asked @A myRAteam Member about fatigue and stiffness.
I don't get stiffness as part of my RA, I do have fatigue though.
Erelzi has just helped with my pain, not my fatigue.

@A myRAteam Member I was on Xeljanz for 4 months but it raised my BP, cholesterol and I gained 15 lbs. I am off it now and no more BP medication. Also lost the 15 lbs. just got tested for cholesterol today so hopefully it is back to normal. The Xeljanz only took three weeks to start working. Hopefully I get approved for financial coverage and I get to start Erelzi soon. Thanks
