Sister was diagnosed 6 years ago at age 57. I finally got firm diagnosis several months ago at age 62. Runs in family. I was pretty sure I have had it for several years but put off treatment because I am already dealing with insulin-dependent Type 2 diabetes. Had to finally do something about the RA when it got worse.
