I have bursitis in my hips and am also R. A and have O. A. I have Fibroidmyalgia also. My R. A. Has attacked my organs. And Ostio Arth my upper body. My back especially which has caused other problems. I am fighting these diseases by Faith, prayer, The Lord God, and Dr's. I will start going to Integrative medicine this month (August '19). I feel better knowing that I will be able to take natural remedies and it will not be all prescriptions or Bio or Nuclear medicines. Probably have to stay on chemo though.

@A myRAteam Member, if you're thinking about a walker, they have some with wheels and seats so if you get tired you can sit down. I also recommend one that helps you stand up straight when you walk and not hunched over. i have a platform walker with raised arm rests for my forearms. I use it to practice walking. They also have some called "upwalkers" that help you stand up straight--makes a lot more sense then hunching over and hurting your back more!
Love and hugs!
