Does anyone every experience burning hot feet when they lay down or try to sleep? Lately I’ve been having to sleep with an ice pack at my feet most nights.

occasionally hands and feet. But lately I've been eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and very little meat and haven't had the red palms and soles of feet. I'm not sure it diet is the answer for everyone but it does seem to help me.
Yes I suffer from burning feet most nights, and I sleep with them out of the bed. When my RA flares up my whole body feels like it's on fire, my skin feels like I've been sun burned.
