What is the fast800 Diet?
Sugars and carbs are bad for inflammation in many people especially people with auto immune issues. As far as keto being bad for you I’m not convinced myself. I used to have so many issues chronic sinus headaches all the time, steady going to the chiropractor shoulders locking up and lower gi issues etc. And this is not even speaking about the joint problems that struck several years ago after a gi infection. The diet combined with the cannabis oil changed this for me. I still have a bit of pain from time to time but it is usually close to the time for another dose or me doing something crazy like cutting up a crazy amount of firewood splitting it and packing it away in one day. This past winter I let my diet slip a bit and had issues getting the oil I was using due to supply issues and ended up off work twice once in March and once in April. Once I got everything straightened away again I was ok. It works well for me.
It is a diet where you cut calories to 800 for two weeks. A diet like this is not sustainable long term. I have had excellent success with a keto diet and cannabis oil every evening. The keto diet has little to no sugar or carbs and is sustainable long term as long as you have the will power to keep it up. Cutting out sugars and carbs reduce inflammation and I lost 30 pounds in a couple of months. Combined with the anti inflammatory and pain relieving properties of cannabis oil and my life is pretty much normal now. I take no other meds not even an Advil anymore.
Humidity and air pressure.
Thanks for your input , it's nice to hear positive things, I haven't got any wood to chop up , maybe a visit to my villa in Spain , but iv just got back and always feel worse i think it's the change in climate .
With the Holidays ended it is time to watch what I eat. I know that I should have watched what I ate during the holidays, but I was weak and the temptation was there for me to eat. But now I’m buckling down. Also I was ill and contacted a harsh bacteria in my maxillary sinus’s. I am already chronic. I had a pick-line put in at Infection Disease Control. My Hemiplagia was also pretty bad. With the pick-line and Hemiplagia my Dr. said no exercise. Well. I went to the gym and rode the bike. Because, if I don’t exercise my legs the muscles will get weaker and my nervous system will get worse. Not to mention that every time my head hurts my left side gets weak or when my R.A and Fibroidmyalgia act up I get the same results. I don’t give up, depressed yet. But then I remember God’s got this. And my son gets me to walking. My neurologist said to walk through the pain. So I do.
Still have OT/PT in the near future. Thanks for reading this. Please write back.
