Adult onset Stills is a very rare disease.
Most individuals with adult onset Still’s disease develop some combination of the symptoms normally associated with systemic inflammatory disease. Such symptoms include a spiking fever greater than 102.2 degrees , joint pain and inflammation, muscle pain, and a skin rash. When u have the sweats is your temp very high? Sweats is usually the bodies attempt to cool itself down. And with Stills a fever spike will usually occur late afternoon or early evening.

Best wishes to you.
