I was having that in my left leg. Physio did a nerve test and turn out I have an aggravated nerve. She has give me some stretches to do to relieve the nerve and it is helping.

I do but they say it's just a symptom of RA or fibromyalgia...its just a part of your illness but I seriously don't think it is ..if you find something out please enlighten me.

Yes, I get that in my legs and arms sometimes. It's not all the time. Just sometimes.
