How long will it take for me to start to feel better?

I don’t like to take medicine. What are my other options?

When I’m in pain, should I use the joint/muscle or rest it?
How do I treat the pain (ice? heat? pain relievers?)

Should I change my diet (or avoid hot or spicy foods?)
Are there vitamins or supplements I could take to help the inflammation?

Don't be nervous, work with your doctor as a team. Ask him to explain everything about your condition the good and the bad, so you know what to expect. Take paper so you can write things down or take some one with you. Good luck. Hugs and prayers are with you
