What Do Y'all Do For Finger/hand Pain?

A myRAteam Member asked a question πŸ’

My fingers have been hurting so bad for the past week and I've tried everything I know. I'm desperately seeking suggestions to get relief! I've had steroid shot, ibuprofen, pain pills, warm soaks, ice packs, compression gloves and nothing is helping 😒 HELP

For hand/finger pain, which I have horribly in my left thumb joints, Arnica gel rubbed into the painful joints two or three times a day relieves my pain to where it is tolerable. I get mine at Whole Foods. It is completely organic.

Oh my. I feel you. I’m so frustrated that there isn’t anything to help. I can tell you I live by the beach and being in the ocean feels so good all over my body. I do soak my fingers in epson salt. Cold water only helps.
