I would be interested in knowing what this herbal medication is. Some of them can have addictive properties (kratom) which could lead to some withdrawl type symptoms between doses. I have heard these described ad being similar to what you mentioned. Some people say that kratom helps a lot with their pain and fatigue but I have avoided it because I don’t want to get addicted Other herbs might also cause some similar reactions.

Sounds the same for me. Always with fatigue and joint pain. I will get chills like when have fever, but when I check my temp it is always 99 to 100 degrees.
My problem right now is I cannot fall asleep at night. Nothing seems to help.

Autoimmune = systemic affects! I always tell people I feel like I have the flu.... since way before I was diagnosed! The flu Prodone is why I kept trying to solve the mystery of what was honing in with my body.... pain comes & goes or improves & worsens throughout each day

@A myRAteam Member sometimes I wish I had that problem, as I can fall asleep day or night no matter how much sleep I've gotten. My issue is getting my butt out of the bed and wake in the morning :/
