Usually hide away and have a cry ,then give myself a good talking to and try and carry on if I can ,I know this isn’t much help but I expect you feel about the same

Ok I’m frustrated!! Twice I tried to explain my recent flares, and loose everything!! I just have a tough time following, and knowing what the heck I’m doing!! I will continue to try at the beginning somewhere and hopes to hear from you all soon!!! 😢
