When my PCP first tested, came back at 254. I just saw the rheumatologist ten days ago which had been about six weeks since the first test. The second one had gone up to 364. Have started sulfasalazine. I just hope it helps. This pain is so debilitating, and I don't really have outward symptoms. All on the inside, especially alot of groin pain, front and back. Anyone with that particular pain. This has all come as such a shock to me,still trying to wrap my mind around it. I could sure use alot more pain meds. Been dealing with back issues for years. Thanks for listening. Prayers for everyone.

It is kind of like the Rheumatoid Factor test but is more specific for RA. My Rheumatoid Factor was also positive at 125.
