Is anyone on Leflunomide? I've been on it for about 2 years. We just connected my digestive issues with it. My gastroenterologist also believes the Diclofinac cream could be causing digestive issues. I mean, these digestive issues are major. Maybe TMI, but I'm talking chronic diarrhea for 2 years. Sometimes I can't even leave the house. I take Cholestipol 2x a day and 2 Imodium a day. I stopped the Leflunomide and Diclofenac this week, so we'll see what happens. I hate this disease! If… read more

Yes I did, ( not as long as you... only 6 weeks but that was too long) had to have a colonoscopy. They found that I had miscoptic colotis. (sorry not spelling correctly) put me on a medicine that stopped it but also make my heart beat so fast I thought I could actually feel it. Thus made them give me all kinds of test for it. Not really sure what is going on, need to lose weight (lots of luck with that while on our meds) trying not to eat over 1300 calories a day, increased 2 of my blood pressure meds, increase my exercise ( when you are constanly hurting). Sometimes I'd like to really say something to the doctors. Did tell him that you, " really don't need to tell a fat person that they fat they already know" Grrrr! Just tell them how.

I would bet money that it IS the Lefludemide!!! I tok it for probably 8-12 weeks when the horrible diarrhea started. I've never in my life had diarrhea like that, it was like water & there was not holding it. Once i stopped four times on my 45 minute drive to work, At first i didnt think it was the medicine becauseihas been on it quite awhile before it started, i had to see a GI doc also, he did an endoscopy and 2 separate colonoscopies, He was a schmuck who doesn't listen to his patients, I was side it was the Leflufemide so i just quit taking it. It did honestly take maybe 6 months to go away,

Cimzia did the same thing to me. I couldn’t go anywhere! My body couldn’t tolerate it. I stopped that really quick.
