Ive struggled with employment due to RA. I’ve been at my current job 5 Months as a receptionist in a senior living facility. I have gotten complaints that i dont smile and look sad. I have arthritis in my Jaw and it hurts to smile. Im also dealing with extreme fatigue. Wondering what i should do

Have a candid conversation with Human Resources. Not sure on employment rights and human rights laws where you are. I would do some research so you are educated on your rights it will make the conversation more comfortable,
