My flares happen most when I'm in a room with a ceiling fan on. I have to cover my knees, hips, wrists, fingers and thumbs or they ache.
Do any of you also experience this? Even when I get into my car without the seat warmer on or if I have the cold air on, I ache terribly!
Warmers are best invention ever seat and steering wheel❤
Yes cold is bad for us RA peeps. Drafts are bad for us RA peeps. Wind is very bad for me and I think a lot of other RA peeps. Both my physiotherapist and my rheumy have confirmed that I need to keep warm, stay out of drafts, and especially wind or I could flare. So I know what you're talking about.
Gotta love the car seat warmer, though, right?
Penelope Cruz is on point
