This one appeared one day on my arm. It started as a little purple spot that wasn't raised or anything. Just looked like a blood blister, but didn't hurt or itch. It grew over about a week, and now has opened up. I did not scratch it, but that's what it looks like. I've got these on my back too, with the scratch-like marks. So it'll stay here maybe a couple of weeks and then just disappear. What is this from???!

Hi Peajay, I've missed you! both of those drugs can cause bruising, especially Celebrex which is a big time anti inflammatory! Wishing God's blessings on you, my friend.

@A myRAteam Member Yes, thank you! I really am not worried about them, they don't bother me at all, they're just there. So I figure it can't be anything too bad if there's no bother from them. It's the first thing about this disease that doesn't hurt and isn't bothersome, other than wondering what they're from. LOL!
Thank care and have a great evening!

Oh! Thanks for your professional input, I truly appreciate it! I see my Rheumy the 13th of June and got another long list of stuff to ask him. Just once I'd like to go in there and be like, "I'm all good, thanks." LOL! Poor guy has to cringe every time he sees me!

Huh, so, I went on a short trip this last weekend and have what looks pretty similar "scrape" on a knuckle. I don't remember scratching it, but it did bleed. I just assumed that I scraped my hand on something, 2 days later I got another one on the pad of another finger.... not sure if it's the same or I'm actually scratching myself and not noticing.... I see my rheumy in about 2-3 weeks, I'll ask and see if he can explain it all and let you know.
