Lab Work

Anyone else sero-negative? My labs are stone cold normal. Obvious rheumatoid seen on X-ray. Positive swelling and stiffness. Better with Mtx and prednisone. Yesterday just had Mtx increased and changed to injection.

Yes me too and I find it a bit frustrating because I want to 'deny' that I really have RA or I try to convince myself I can make it go away.

I don't think the rheumatoid factor result is specific for rheumatoid arthritis. Some folk who are positive, never have rheumatoid arthritis and some who are negative, do get the disease.
i don't think i need to be reminded not to do too much. The disease tells me. It's just a question of juggling how you are feeling each day. Try to stay positive and pray that when you wake up tomorrow, it will have gone. Ha Ha That would be some day!
