Hi, Alice! Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, it does help to know you aren't alone. I also use unscented products, take probiotics, eat Greek Yogart daily, and the OB/GYN put me on Premarin Vaginal Cream to help correct the hormone in- balance I had. I'm also eating the "Arthritis Anti-Inflammatory Diet" lots of fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, fish, chicken, very little red meat, etc., and NO sugars, salt, grains, and dairy which cuts out breads and pasta and all the good things. It has really helped with the inflammation, dropped my cholesterol & blood pressure to the point my cardiologist took me off Zetia and Metoptolol two weeks ago. I also exercise with Arthritis Senior classes of Sit and Stand exercise, Yoga, and Tai Chi. I'm really doing well it I could just get rid of the bacterial vaginal infection.

BassetMom sometimes we can do everything right and it still happens. Lately I have been fortunate only having a yeast infection in my mouth. I have RA and Sjögren so my Ent said it’s the Sjögren. The treatment was right on target so I think she was right. I used to do water aerobics, which helped so much, but along came Sjögren and I started to get yeast growing around my ankles. My family md,Rheumatologist and Dermatologist tried everything only to conclude I had to stop swimming.Broke my heart, miss it.now I just do some Tai Chi and ride my stationary bike for cardio. I will add you to my team,we can help each other with these issues I have not seen anyone on here address this problem. Good luck with the OB/GYN appointment.
