I began experiencing CPPS a few months after I was diagnosed with RA. That was almost 6 years ago.
I have a lot of hip and pelvic pain issues which are getting better since I've started RA treatment. So even though no one's said that the hip and pelvic pain are a direct result of RA, it appears it just might be. There are really good exercises; which I don't do consistently even though I should, not wait for the pain; for hip flexor issues. You can find them online. Those stretches help.
Thanks for the advice. My gp ruled out ovarian cysts and kidney stones but im still getting hip and groin pain most days. The docs are hoping it will taper off once the new RA meds kick in.
