Does Anyone Find Relief From Hand And Finger Pain With Creams?

I cannot use NSAIDS or aspirin derivatives. Looking for something that is a counterirritant. Like camphor or menthol.

I use CBD oil for my pain. I take it orally and I use it as a salve. Works wonders!
