I am in love with sketchers go walk II I buy inserts from a machine that diagrams your foot stance. I believe to be Dr Sholes. I am extremely flat footed and the combination of wider shoes and fitted inserts work very well for me.

I have severe RA in my feet. The best shoes i have found are sketchers with micro foam inserts.

I use wider shoes and inserts. You can use CBD oil on your feet or lavender. I hope you find relief soon.

I hv hurting flat feet too. So painful. Is this an iinsert you are talking about or an actual shoe?

Thanks for all the advise, i am looking go see a foot docter soon and have also been using a home foot spa which has been a help.
