I used it for couple weeks. Didn’t notice much difference in pain but I slept very well.

I'm a natural health nurse with RA, Cervical Stenosis, and fibromyalgia. About 8 months ago, we scraped together $200 for me to try several different CBD companies after a bad flare. After trying alot of different products, I found 3 that helped me get off of Voltaren, muscle relaxers, and some other drugs. Diamond CBD Chill gummy worms have been my saving grace! I take 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime. My husband tried 1 and it helped his anxiety so much that he was able to cut his anxiety med in half. I also use the liquid gold cbd vape pen for really bad pain days. Of the 7 companies I tried, I found these gummies to be much more effective than anything or tinctures for me. My family and friends are amazed that I can go for a walk now, and that I can do so much more. My dad got off pain meds for spinal stenosis and uses the gummies twice a day too. Try different brands and modes of delivery. I'm so glad I didn't give up! The medical marijuana clinics here suggest Lazarus Naturals cbd so I ordered a bottle of capsules since it's stronger than the Diamond gummies. Lazarus gives 40% off all cbd products if you're disabled or a veteran, so it was worth it to try them. I'll update after I try them out since I have alot of cbd products/companies to compare them to. For now though, I use my Diamond gummies everyday. They have coupon codes on their facebook page all the time ;-)

I use cbd oil with thc. Ratio is 20
Cbd to
one percent THC. Apparently the THC helps boost the efficacy of the CBD oil. No
High from
That tiny amount of THC. Good luck.

I love it...It has helped tremendously with my Fibro pain...Not as much for the RA...I have tried three different sources: Enlita Farms, GreenRoads, and Lazarus Naturals....Prices vary and it is good to do a lot of research....Tinctures tend to come in bottles of 250 ML and up....But keep in mind, what the number on the bottle represents is how many TOTAL MLs of CBD are in the bottle, not how many you are getting in a dose....I find that high potency CBD tinctures work best for me...I need 25-30 ML of CBD a day to touch my pain...

I also carry gummy edibles..They are expensive, but offer a quick and precise dose :)

Good luck in your research :)

Thanks Ruth for you answer to this question. I did not know that the THC played a roll in the efficiency of the CBD oil. I will look for this type of CBD oil.
