I have used Boswellia, it seems to help a little. I have also used Cats Claw and I think it works better. I also use Turmeric, Ginger and have tried Borage Seed Oil.

The way I read this it sounds good. but if I was to make it myself how much of each would be needed...and need to know if it's made in a tea or what. Thanks for any info on this.
