I have had three Vectra DA test and so glad I did since I'm seronegative Ra, with lupus and fibro and mctd. But my last result was in the low 28 category. I was really confused because I was having a month of terrible flares and lots of pain and just had two RA nodules pop up for the first time two weeks before test. How can I feel worse and the score is better? Ive had such a hard time having doctors believe me, so now I'm afraid the doctor will say Im fine when I feel worse? Anyone have… read more
I am also seronegative and am diagnosed with psoriatic RA. My vectra test results are really good but have had very bad flares and that does not seem to be reflected in the test results. I also feel as though my MD questions the severity of my symptoms. I can only imagine that there may be other factors that affect the results but have not yet been discovered.
Hello yes I’m mainly on supplements now. Nothing was helping and I had terrible side effects. Vectra test helps to see what’s going on in body. Sometimes mine is high and sometimes low. I’m trying diet and if I exercise it helps but it’s just too hot now. You Might add magnesium and MSM and of course high quality fish oil and lots of high quality probiotics and high dose vitamin D and NAD supplement. Check out the Coimbra protocol. Hang in there 🤗
I read about the Vectra DA test but my doctor has not suggested it. I am seropositive RA. I can't understand how I even got this disease! I work for surgeons and am glad I am in the field because I do not take everything my own doctors say very lightly. I research a lot and challenge them if I don't like what I hear. I do not agree with everything the RA doctor is telling me - I think they just want to push pills. I tried LDN - did nothing for me. I take quite a lot of anti-inflammatory supplements, just introduced the following: collodial silver, Black Seed Oil capsules , Alpha Lipoic Acid... it gets to a point that you really don't know what is helping and what isn't. I read your story - when were you diagnosed ?
This has happened to me. The test are just showing you have RA etc nothing to do with the symptoms
