Has anyone found essential oils helpful to hand joint pain? And how and where to purchase. I don't want to have to mix it myself. Just a ready to use cream, oil, or whatever. My hands, thumbs are very sore. Thx!
I use essential oils, but I will only use a certain brand that is all natural and guarantees it. They do make my hands less painful, but we are not supposed to advertise stuff on here. :( If you want to add me on FB, please do and we can IM and I will tell you what I know. :) Mary Jane Ornelas for FB requests.
I have no idea where you live but the information I have for Canadians is that there is cannabis oil (marijuana) available by prescription. It is meant to be applied directly to the painful area. I have not tried it yet but I am getting some relief from cannabis capsules.

I haven't used any yet, but if anyone has any ideas I am all ears!
I don't use essential oils, but I have found that Blue Stop seems to help with aches and pains in my hands and knees. It's available at Sam's, Amazon and I think CVS.
