Has anyone had deep gripping buttock pain on one side of the hip and buttock that lasted for days. It hurts to stand and sit and walk. Like a deep muscle spasm with nerve pain. Goes down my leg.

Hi. That almost sounds like sciatic nerve pain. Mine will hit me in the middle of buttock and run down to the knee. If it goes further and doesn't let up with heat or ice, I go to pain management and get a spinal injection. It stems from a bad fall I had years ago.
