Does anyone have bone cysts? Specifically the tibia

Yes, its how I found out I have ra . Its on my ankle. Its called an osteoochondral lesion of the talor bone. Its advanced to a lesion now. Very painful.

I have two bone cysts in my right index finger. I have had them for well over 7 years now and not had any problems but the doc said it can make it more likely to break. I guess it would depend on how big the cyst is and where exactly it's located. I would probably follow up with the doc and ask them what you should do. If they say fix it I would.

I have a synovial cyst on the neck bone of my left hip my orthopedic surgeon told me when we do that hip we will remove that cyst at the same time

I have a fair size one on my tibia and was told by my ortho surgeon it is caused by the RA, no treatment at this time
