I'm to be getting my pneumonia vaccine the same day my Humira shot is due. Does anyone know if you can do both the same day or should there be a distance between the two? I know when I go to the dentist my rheumatologist recommended a 3 day wait on the shot.

My doctor did the pneumococcal pneumonia shot the same day I did my @enbrel injection, I told him I always did my @enbrel shot on Tuesday and he said no problem. Different docs may have different ideas about that.

I don't know, but I had mine on Monday & took my shot on Thursday, but the doctor didn't tell me to wait.

I would call doc and ask. I know I had my flu shot along with hv ing my 3 month blood test done

My rhumatalogist advises to space any of these shots.such as flu pneumonia tb etc
