My wisdom tooth is infected. I'm on daily @Prednisone for RA and been taking @Advil for the tooth pain. I've been prescribed Augmentin 500 mg 3x per day.
Any have experiences they can share on what I might expect?

My only problem with antibiotics is ciprofloxacin....makes the pain and stiffness worse .
I didn't have a good experience. I had to be hospitalized bc the infection started spreading. Take all yr meds but listen and watch yr body. If you feel yr not getting better go to the hospital. I admitted myself too late.
Cirofloxaxin doesnt do anything for me.
Hope you get better! Yes no with our special bodies a salt rinse won't be enough

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I was hoping salt water rinses were enough, but they weren't. I took my first pill today. Finfers crossed, it goes away. Take care :-)
