Has anyone tried infrared red therapy or red light therapy to treat RA? Was it successful? If yes, how often do you go? How long have you been doing it? How much does it cost? What is the difference of Infrared red therapy or red light therapy? Any tips?
Life saver for me too In winter
I have a infrared Suana . It helps a lot, especially in cold damp weather.
I use laser quite good for inflam swelling and pain purchased mine time back...TCM was useful but can't deal with the pain of needles now....ps check it out on ebay can't send further details as kicked off site before.... pss use it for spleen point on inner leg and ankle...stomach point also other side think is 36 point TCM outer leg below knee to side...
Haven't tried it and hadn't heard of it until your question. Googled it and it references the therapy being good for arthritis not RA. Remember they are two different diseases and cannot be treated the same.
