Anybody Got Any Ideas To A

Anybody Got Any Ideas To A

I get a lot of leg and foot cramps also. I take a prescription dose of vitamin D and Potassium pills now every night before bed. I also make it a point to drink a glass of water before bed. I find that too much walking causes cramps but also, too much coffee or soda seems to make it much worse. When I was having extreme foot and ankle cramping, sometimes I wore shoes to bed. Seems funny, but it helped a lot! Also, make sure the blankets aren't causing your toes to point down while you sleep. The tonic water that works best contains quinine. If I am worried that I might have cramps in the night, I also drink a small glass of that before bed. When you are having a cramp, try sipping the tonic water instead of drinking it fast. I think the quinine is absorbed quicker under your tongue. Another thing that seems to make a big difference for me is shoes. I find sneakers too heavy for my feet. Since I have had such foot problems, I have really looked into specific types of shoes to reduce foot and ankle fatigue. Resting your feet and legs during the day by sitting with them elevated for a half an hour seems to make a difference at the end of the day also. Hope something here helps you find some relief!! :)

Well I do get cramps sometimes, but usually only when I overdo it. Like when I stand too long when I'm doing the cooking or when I am out for a walk that's too long (which happens mostly when I'm out with my camera haha). Then I do get craps at night. I heard a bucket or bowl with hot water and put the feet is is supposed to help that to warm up the muscles... but it does not do it for me. I walk bare feet on a cold floor - like tiles. That movement helps sort out the cramp. It might be the lack of magnesium as well with some people, but my bloods are ok, so it really is just overworked. Hope that helps you?! Hugs

Umm not sure if the side cut off the question or it's not showing the whole content?
The only thing I can read is *Anybody got any ideas to a* then it stops. So I can not answer as I don't know the whole question, sorry.
