Does anyone else get tenderness and swelling around back of heel and Achilles?? I have always got pain in feet but this different, probably because I've been trying to keep fit with a lot of walking??
My achilles flares from time to time. Lasts for a few days and then goes away. I get a bump, but little discomfort. My shoes become tight!
It may be some bone spurs, don't know for sure.
