I have been experiencing poor circulation in my hands and feet over the past few weeks that makes them extremely cold to the touch with dulled sensitivity and sometimes tingling. I have been layering a lot and wearing warm socks to help but then once my hands and feet feel like the right temp the rest of me gets really hot (especially my face). Have you found any good solutions to this?

I have Raynards also mainly in tips of my fingers and in my feet but I think I maybe getting it in my knees as just lately my knees keep turning blue when I'm sat down. I actually thought it was bruises on them, but they were both very cold to touch X

Hello, I have problems and it is due to Reynauds Syndrome ..... just waring gloves a lot and hat for me helps. Although not always ..... I take Nifdipaine (or something spelt like that that helps ..... doesn't get rid of it but helps me not to have a full on attack like Ive had in the past.
