Is Hibiscus tea good for arthritis?

I drink ginger tea sometimes because it's supposed to help arthritis. Have you ever tried Hibiscus tea? The Internet says it's supposed to be good for all kinds of aliments. Have any of you found it helpful for arthritis? I'm wondering if I should start drinking it...

Enjoyed it in Egypt but no impact on RA. Drink it if you enjoy it, but it is unlikely to help with RA as @A myRAteam Member says. Haven't found much that does to be honest - either pharma meds or food supplements.

The tea is nice cooled as well! All good wishes. X

Never heard or tried it but this is a know side effect "A sense of feeling intoxicated and hallucination are common side effects of hibiscus tea." But let us know if you it works for RA and it would be worth a try because on another website says it works like an antibiotic to kill all the bad stuff in your digestive system.

Starbucks has a hibiscus punch drink that is good - I have gotten it before when everyone else was getting coffee. I try to avoid caffeine after breakfast. I did not know about side effects.
