I have the same problem with my feet. Hammer toes, crocked, burning pain on the bottom and bunions. I have tried every ortho shoe and inserts but nothing relieves the pain. My podiatrist has tried everything but nothing is long term. He will give me a steroid shot in my feet about every 5 months. Nothing else. Sorry

I'd agree, swimming or poolalking works. The water takes the weight off your joints and is a good aerobic activity.

Unfortunately that is quite common. My toes are also in bad shape. My big toe is so far away from the rest it looks like I am sending the peace sign. And I also have hammer toes. I keep them covered at all times.
Sorry I have no answer, but you are not alone.
Many blessings to you and yours

I have bought drew fusion shoes with a spenco orthotic and have found much relief. But, have to learn to walk in them.
