I also suffer with this. My ankles feel like I've sprained them pretty bad. I also suffer with toe, heel and foot pain. In fact I don't think there's anything on me that doesn't hurt. *sigh

The joints in my ankles are gone and my arches are just bone spurs. So I wear compression socks and compression leggings. I also wear sketchers go run in the wide with because it was built for the shock. I walk with barely no pain because of cushion from those shoes.

Copper socks and compression socks can help. I have different items with copper in that help!

I bought some sole inserts that seem to be helping with the heel pain and thick socks for padding of the ankles but by the time I get home my feet hurt so bad I want to cry. Instead I prop them up after soaking them in Epsom salt water

Compression socks help. Finn Comfort shoes are great but pricey.
