Has Anyone Has Success With Reducing Pain By Cutting Out Sugars
Yeh. Different.
I felt no benefit in reducing sugars for pain reduction. Maybe bc once the erosion has started, cartilage and tendons dont grow back? Or inflammation isn't caused by sugar but fed by sugar?
Along with exercise, I did lose 10 pounds of unwanted blubber I was saving up for some reason. I'm sure my arteries appreciate the reduction. Since arterial plaque is caused by inflammation and sugars in the blood along with cholesterol and saturated fats. And a sedentary life-style.
Alcohol turns to sugars in your blood so don't forget to include that as sugar. And fructose or fruit sugars, carbs like white rice, bread, crackers... can affect sugar levels in the blood. Milk has sugars. Chinese food- loaded wirh sugars. Just saying, totally eliminating sugars is difficult, depressing and tricky.
In conclusion, considering my age, a sweet now and then has more emotional and psychological benefit than abstinence. Rewarding yourself for self-control and willpower can be very uplifting. But if someone took away one of the few things I really enjoy, I'd be more grouchy than usual. I'm gonna go get a cookie right now for thinking it.
I always have more pain when I eat sugar, so I try to limit my intake.
Yes and when I'm not watching the intake of sugars I'm in pain.
Sugar makes my RA 300 times worst. I use no sugar at all. I also do not eat venison, liver, too much red meat. Your body will tell you what makes you sicker.
It cuts down the inflammation totally. I,, myself can feel the difference not taking sugars
Everyone is different
