My flares come on suddenly, all of a sudden my joints get real red, hot, swollen , severelypainful,sometimes I get a fever, in a matter of minutes I might not be able to move a certain in joint it gets so severe .
I'm with many of the others....I just feel like slightly feverish and fatigued and then a few days later the pain comes on...
I feel like I have a fever for starters then the pain comes. If I pop 400 to 800 mg of ibuprofen I most times ward off the flare. At least now I can. In the beginning there was no saving myself from any of it.
pain... tingling... popping feelings...
I get extreme fatigue or a night or 2 of crappy sleep will set me off, also stress. Then the vicious cycle of trying to fight through all of that just makes it worse. Honestly- I'm tired trying to figure out what causes it
