Hi.. I use tumeric all the time. I make tea with it, put it in some soups and also make a hot milk with it. Been doing for a month or so now . I am no longer on mega ibuprofen doses and have little or no pain and swelling. Not sure if its the turmeric plus all the other good things I am ingesting or the mtx alone making me better. Whatever it is I am sure the tumeric is helping. I buy large jars on health food store but also have capsules too.
I have been using Turmeric for about 1 month. I have RA and Osteoarthritis. I use a supplement that is standardized to 95% curcumin and has pepper added. I have both RA and osteo. I take 500 mg 3x/day. Am betting some relief from pain already but may add ginger as well as many of your are having success with both.
I also take tumeric. I just started it. Waiting to see the outcome of th a t!
I cook with termeric add it to progresso chicken noodle soup, or chicken and rice.
I add it to my soups and rice dishes, I hope it helps, I haven't used it enough to tell.
Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has heard of or tried a honey, ginger powder, tumeric and a pinch of black pepper mixture for RA.
I'm in a bad bad flare and I'm trying everything I can to get out of it..
