Weather changes always affect me. Even before I was diagnosed. Lightning helps. Something about the ion exchange. Not sure.
Yes, changes in barometric pressure affect my joints particularly my hands
I am in Minnesota too..I am always in a flare up...but yes, with the humidity and heat we have been having I have been worse, and the days it has rained I was worse also. I notice that when the barometric pressure drops I am in more pain. And it seems that winters are harder on me too now.
Yes humidity has made my pains worse in the last year. I never used to experience that as the summer warmth was always helpful. Winter is just bad as I agree that it makes my bones feel like they are going to break. Season changes are bad as well in the last year or two. I have major flare-ups during our MN season changes.
We just had a tropical storm come through theTexas coast. When the pressure changes my joints hurt so bad and caused a flare. I am a pretty good weather predictor that's for sure.
