My first symptom of RA was pain in my toes and ball of my foot. Now it's progressed to my toes crossing and popping out of joint when I walk. Anyone else with this progression? Once I'm on an effective medicine, will this likely get better?

Mine started in fingers and feet. I find good shoes with orthotic wear very helpful, actually all I will wear now is sneakers with an orthotic inlay and vionic shoes.

That was my initial symptom to. I have prescribed foot orthotics and wear brooks (before them I never paid too much for any sneaker... they are expensive) I did not get treatment as quickly as I should have but once I was prescribed meds it works great for me.
