Have you been checked for Sjogrens? It affects moisture producing glands and causes stones in glands. It Sometimes goes hand in hand with RA.

My lymph nodes stay swollen and I think because I have some infection in my body. They are not that bad today but when my hands hurt my nodes are larger.
