I know cheese is meant to worsen inflammatory conditions, does lacto free cheese do the same or should cheese be avoided entirely ?
There is no known connection between RA and food. It may exist but far from proven. Eat widely and enjoy your healthy diet.
I use lactose free products whenever possible and use those Lactaid tablets, or chewable ones if in doubt when I eat dairy, which isn't often.
I am more or less fine with these precautions. It works well.
:) I know it's not technically proven but I know people who've put their RA into remission by avoiding certain foods , I think dairy and gluten are the two biggest offenders ... As far as I know anyway
