Pain Relief

Pain Relief

What are some of the ways you relieve your pain? Right now I have severe pain in my legs and fingers. Tylenol isn’t working anymore. It doesn’t even touch it. 🥺

I take a hot shower or soak in a hot tub of Epsom salts with lavender just before bed. It relaxed the muscles and makes me sleepy. My electric blanket is my best friend right now. Have you tried that ? Also, when my hands or feet really hurt I use a paraffin dip . It's just melted wax that you dip your hands into several times to add layers, then cover with plastic wrap and put inside the insulated glove that comes with the kit. It penetrates deep and is relaxing . I hope this helps. Tylenol never did anything for me. I'm on opioids, and have been for years. You just have to be careful. I only take them when I absolutely need to because they are addicting. Hope you feel better soon 🙏

I've really been watching what I eat lately, mostly due to IBS-D and a skin condition called Granuloma Anulara which has been flaring so badly that the Doctors can't get it under control. I've noticed a definite connection between eating things with sugar ( real and artificial kinds ) and caffeine. It causes me pain for sure. Eliminating that from my diet has also helped a bit with my skin condition. My next appointment with my Dermatologist is in two weeks so I am anxious to talk with them about that. .

I just started using CBD and THC gummies. It seems to help for a few hours when I'm at work.
