Please discuss any supplements with ur doc, especially if ur considering dosages higher than indicated on the supplement directions for use label. All natural does not equate to totally safe, as the amount in pills (supplement) form could never be eaten per day by a human in its natural plant, root, stem, whatever form. Supplements are sometimes very concentrated. Plus, depending on other health issues one may have, some supplements can damage heart. liver, kidneys, if those organs are not at a 100% function level.
Curcumin with black pepper or meriva, and fish oil are probably the most important supplements to take. You need to take high doses and it takes a while to help. Vitamin b and d also. I don’t think they interact with medications as they are natural , but I am not a doctor. Also look at your diet, if you area not eating well supplements won’t help.
Please check with ur Doc first. It’s not that supplements are bad, just that they may have untoward effects re other medical conditions u may have other than RA.
For example, if one has liver disease, turmeric is not recommend.
Only ur doc knows ur entire med history, so if she’s ok with it, go for it!
